The Valhellion Logo

The word “Valhellion” is inspired by the name “Valhalla” which in the Norse mythology is the majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard – the home of the gods, ruled over by the god Odin. Chosen by Odin, half of those who die in combat travel to Valhalla upon death.
The logo combines a nordic style font with a metal-like surface with a red outline. The visual identity reminds us of the swords clashing in battle, and the red smoke symbolises the fire rising in the night sky.
The design of the logo builds up a mysterious atmosphere and draws us to Norse Mythology.

About Valhellion Myths and Legends
Valhellion Myths & Legends is a story-world inspired by nordic mythology, which incorporates elements of symbolism, adventure and exploration.
It is a new way to explore a city, and experience our shared cultural heritage with a focus on local values and traditions.
This project is being developed in our studio at AdventureLAB, in Aarhus, Denmark. We are passionate about storytelling and local mythology, and that is why we decided to create Valhellion Myths and Legends. We are transforming the concept of a city guide into a real, engaging local attraction.
